Ground has finally been broken on a project in New Haven at the old “Star Supply” building on State Street. The industrial site is now the location of great plans.

Godfrey-Hoffman engineer Jim Rotondo, P.E., has been involved with the project as the site engineer. Our survey team has also mapped the site and has been working on the project since its inception.

Upon completion, the new buildings will offer 235 residential units in total. This would involve demolishing most of the existing buildings, which have been vacant and locked up for years. Efforts to preserve the historical appearance of the buildings have also been considered.
